Hands-on and present, I lead from the shop floor, setting expectations for safety, craftsmanship, and clear communication. I keep concurrent builds moving by staying ahead of bottlenecks, managing handoffs between teams, and holding the line on quality and schedule.
In public-facing environments, safety and long-term durability are built into every decision. I value practical judgment and creating a shop environment where people can focus on doing their best work.
Tools and methods I use to move work from concept through fabrication and execution.
I’m drawn to projects that sit between imagination and practicality — where ideas have to work, not just look good. I enjoy the challenge of figuring out how something will actually be built, used, and maintained over time. Problem-solving is its own reward, but the payoff comes when it improves the final experience.
