Capture methods include high-resolution camera-based workflows utilizing a 200-megapixel multi-shot Hasselblad medium format system for museum-quality documentation, as well as scanner-based digitization. Methods are selected based on material sensitivity, surface characteristics, and object scale. Experience includes flat documents, bound volumes, textiles, metallic and reflective surfaces, as well as complex three-dimensional forms.
This work reflects a practice grounded in careful handling, attention to detail, and respect for historical and cultural materials. Experience includes both independent documentation and collaborative studio environments, supporting long-term reference and preservation goals.
My role is simply to document and care for materials carefully and clearly, with the understanding that objects of historical and cultural significance are meant to outlast both their moment of creation and the era of their collection.
